While our goal is to enhance your security, we do not guarantee 100% prevention of theft, burglary, or other criminal activities. SecureCam Services is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur at your premises, even after the installation of our systems. We provide the tools for monitoring, but total security is the responsibility of the owner.

2. Product Warranty SecureCam Services helps you select and install the best hardware for your needs. However, we do not manufacture the cameras or equipment.

• All warranties on products (cameras, DVRs, hard drives, etc.) are provided directly by the respective manufacturers (e.g., CP Plus, Hikvision, etc.) according to their terms and conditions.

• SecureCam Services will assist you in claiming the warranty, but the final decision rests with the manufacturing company.

3. Service Payments Payments are to be made via Cash or UPI immediately upon the satisfactory completion of the service.
