1. Services Provided SecureCam Services specializes in the installation, repair, and maintenance of CCTV cameras and security systems in Prayagraj.

We provide the labor and technical expertise to install equipment.
We assist in selecting the right hardware (Cameras, DVR, HDD, etc.).

2. Appointments & Access

Booking: Appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm the time and date via phone or email.
Access: The customer must ensure that our technicians have safe access to the premises and necessary power supply to perform the installation or repair.

3. Payments

Mode of Payment: We accept Cash and UPI only.
Timing: Payment is due strictly immediately upon completion of the service.
Hardware Costs: If we procure hardware on your behalf, advance payment for the equipment may be required.

4. Warranty and Hardware

Manufacturer Warranty: SecureCam Services does not manufacture any products. All warranties on cameras, DVRs, hard drives, and power supplies are provided by the respective companies (e.g., CP Plus, Hikvision).
Service Support: We will assist you in claiming warranties from the manufacturer, but we are not responsible if the manufacturer rejects a claim.
Installation Warranty: We provide a 7-day service warranty on our installation work (e.g., loose wiring or connection issues). After 7 days, a visit charge will apply.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Security: While our systems help monitor your premises, SecureCam Services does not guarantee the prevention of theft, robbery, or vandalism. We are not liable for any loss of property.
Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss from the DVR/Hard Drive due to technical failure or power surges.

6. User Content (Cookies) We employ the use of cookies. By accessing SecureCam, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the SecureCam Services's Privacy Policy. These are used to improve user experience on our website.

7. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relate to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
